I’m a lightweight rower 5’10 and just slightly under 150 with a 2k time of 7:02 10th grade and I hear about other schools and clubs with lightweight rowers in the 6:40 to 6:25 and I want to know what they do to get that fast. Can anyone send me workouts or links to workouts I can do to at least get faster? Thanks
